By it's very definition is the conversion of something from one form or medium into another. Film undeniably converts the world I see into print in a way no other medium can. I'm in love with the tone, magic and faith film brings so you will be seeing it on the blog more and more.
Thanks goes to Jon Canlas who confirmed film is not dead and made me cry in one WPPI class. Also, Richard Photo Lab, wow just wow.
Now this did take some practice so I started with food. It's great because it doesn't move and doesn't care if it takes 3 meter readings for one shot. On top of that, both our CSA's are in full swing we are up to our eyeballs in amazing local foods.

Jettie. She is on the opposite end of the spectrum. She never stops moving and is already gone by the time I've done one metering.
God I love this girl!!
And here is what is next.

(06.23.10 @ 11:41 AM)I so miss shooting in film! I am breaking it out. I have 5 rolls that have been sitting in the fridge! It is funny because when I was in school for photography no one shot digital at that point. I spend HOURS in the dark room and loved every minute of it.
